tasy.fan is an independent fantasy sports platform that allows users to select squads of real footballers and compete based on their statistical performance in international football tournaments.

Important disclaimer: tasy.fan is entirely independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to FIFA, UEFA, any national football federation, any official tournament organiser, any professional football club, or any player's official representatives.

Any reference to players, teams, or tournaments on tasy.fan is purely for the purposes of identifying statistical performance in the context of a fantasy sports game. Such references constitute nominative fair use and do not imply any official relationship or endorsement.

You must be at least 13 years old to use tasy.fan. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

tasy.fan is available globally except where prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in fantasy sports is lawful in your jurisdiction.

tasy.fan is a free-to-play fantasy sports game. We do not offer prizes of monetary value, facilitate real-money wagering, or operate as a gambling service.

Fantasy sports involve selecting real athletes and competing based on their real-world statistical performance. This is widely recognised as a game of skill, not a game of chance.

No purchase is necessary to participate. Any future premium features will be clearly labelled and are entirely optional.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@tasy.fan.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or game outcomes
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's code or data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person, team, or organisation

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension.

tasy.fan's platform: All code, design, branding, and original content on tasy.fan is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Player and team data: Player names, statistics, and team names are factual information used under the nominative fair use doctrine for fantasy sports purposes. tasy.fan does not claim ownership of these names or any associated trademarks.

Third-party marks: All trademarks, logos, and trade names belonging to FIFA, UEFA, national football federations, football clubs, and players remain the property of their respective owners. tasy.fan does not use any official tournament logos, official mascots, or protected tournament imagery.

Your content: Any content you submit (team names, usernames) remains yours. You grant tasy.fan a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the platform.

Player prices, statistics, and performance data on tasy.fan are sourced from third-party data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is error-free or real-time.

Scoring decisions are final once a gameweek closes. We reserve the right to correct clear data errors within 48 hours of a gameweek closing.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during live match periods. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tasy.fan and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, scores, or game progress due to technical failures
• Inaccurate player statistics from third-party data providers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed €100.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection law in your country applies.

Before initiating legal proceedings, please contact us at support@tasy.fan — we will make every effort to resolve disputes informally.

We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
